Atlas Experiences, LLC - Terms and Conditions
EVENT: Atlas Experiences, LLC. is the exclusive contracted vendor hired to execute the Lady Luck promotional prize and is an independent entity separate from your state lottery. There are no modifications or changes to the event unless notified by Atlas Experiences, LLC and approved by participating lotteries. GUEST: Winners are allowed one (1) registered guest per prize, eighteen (18) or older. Any additional guests outside of the one (1) registered guest, will not be allowed to participate in any activities or special functions in conjunction with the prize. AIRFARE: Atlas Experiences, LLC will provide the winner and their one (1) registered guest roundtrip economy airfare to and from Knoxville. Any changes or modifications to bookings provided as part of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner. Once the winner and guest registrations are submitted, the winner and guest flight(s) will be booked. Please note, if any changes to your registration submission are made once these flights have been booked, the winner will be responsible for any fees incurred. Should a winner or guest change or miss their flight the winner will be responsible for any fees incurred to rebook the airfare. Atlas Experiences, LLC is not responsible for any luggage fees or travel insurance associated with the travel booked. FEES: Any fees associated with changing, cancelling, or forfeiting the prize, may be charged back directly to the winner. There are no refunds or credits for any portion of the prize to include flights cancellations, hotel accommodations, transportation, or not attending or missing any portion of the event. SPECIAL REQUESTS: Atlas Experiences, LLC will try to accommodate any written requests that are submitted, received and approved.
